One tab.
Not your whole desktop.
No surprise notifications. No messy desktop. Just the page you want to show.
Use your page like you always do. TabCast follows every click and zooms in at the right moment. It looks hand-edited, with no editing.

Jump to another tab mid-recording. The video just keeps going.
Talk like you're sitting next to them. Background noise fades, your voice stays clear.
TabCast isn't on the Chrome Web Store yet, so you get it before everyone else. Setup takes about a minute, one time only.
Get tabcast.zip and double-click it
to unzip. You get a tabcast folder.
Paste into the address bar and press Enter.
Flip the Developer mode switch, top right. A new row of buttons shows up.
Click Load unpacked, pick the tabcast folder, then Select.
Click the puzzle icon and pin TabCast. The red dot in your toolbar starts a recording.
Keep the tabcast folder where it is. Chrome runs TabCast from it. To update later, replace the folder and press ↻ on the TabCast card.
No account. No upload.
Your recordings stay on your
computer. Nothing leaves until you download it.
Every release, in plain words.
Hello, world. It records a tab and makes you look like you hired an editor.
